1. Fraubraun (FB) will not pass on any personal information to any third parties. FB will only contact you if you requested to be included on the FB mailing list which announces new additions to the online shopping catalogue and tells you about upcoming events. FB is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.


2. FB uses PayPal as a payment system for online purchases. The main benefit of this is that none of your financial details are revealed to FB or any other third parties. Cheques can be accepted for UK customers only. If you would like to pay by cheque please contact FB by email with the product code of the item you wish to purchase.


3. All prices quoted on the FB website are inclusive of VAT. Postage and packaging costs are additional to the purchase price of each garment. Orders are only considered final once payment has been received and the customer has been notified by email from FB that their order is accepted.

3. FB will send items by an insured delivery service which will require signature at point of delivery. FB must be notified in advance if you wish someone other than yourself to accept delivery of an item. FB ships to the UK and Europe only. If you live outside of Europe but wish to make a purchase please contact FB by email before placing an order. FB will make every effort to dispatch items within 3 working days of order being confirmed. If, for any reason, items cannot be dispatched within 3 working days customers will be notified of any delays.


4. All items come with a FB tag that once removed will render the item non-returnable. Please notify FB by email within 24 hours of receipt if you wish to return an item detailing your reasons. You will receive confirmation of your request and the returns address. All returned items must be dispatched within 7 days of receipt. Items returned must be in their original state, unworn, with the FB tag attached and all original packaging included. Customers must use a registered and insured postal service, and responsibility for any returned items remains entirely with the customer.

5. Due to the fragile and unique nature of vintage clothing, every effort will be taken to describe the items as accurately as possible (see Shopping Guide). All items are cleaned and may include minor professional repairs that will be highlighted, where relevant, in the item description. FB uses professional cameras and lighting equipment in all photographs to fully describe the item but colours may vary according to screen resolution and quality.


6. In the unlikely event of two customers simultaneously ordering the same item, priority will be given to the person who first submitted the order. The other party will be notified immediately if this has occured.


7. All images on this website are the property of FB and are not to be used by anyone else unless permission is granted.


9. All orders to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Sole place of jurisdiction is London, United Kingdom.
